Join London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) and Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium (SUPC) for our 3rd annual collaborative FREE member conference designed to help you deliver greater efficiency through your procurement activity.

This conference is for procurement professionals and buyers from across LUPC and SUPC membership - this includes heads of procurement, finance directors, category managers, contract managers and departmental buyers.

The conference is designed to maximise the benefits for our memberships, offer wider networking and perspectives, and reflect the large number of shared national and regional agreements tendered and managed collaboratively by the two consortia.

Delegates attending the event can:

  • Hear from prominent speakers in the higher education/wider not-for-profit sectors

  • Take up free workshops on procurement topics

  • Learn strategies to get the most through consortia agreements

  • Meet over 60 approved suppliers to consortia agreements in our exhibition

  • Network with other buyers and consortia category managers

  • Enjoy a complimentary drink in the newly refurbished County Hall venue

If you have any questions, LUPC members can contact Laura Compton (l.compton@lupc.ac.uk) and SUPC members can contact Marion Hutchins (m.l.hutchins@reading.ac.uk).

We will only share your details with exhibitors if you consent to this when booking.

Organised by

London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC)

LUPC is a not-for-profit organisation whose purpose is to achieve value for money for its members in their procurement of goods and services, in a way that benefits its members, society and the economy, whilst minimising damage to the environment. Established in 1968, LUPC's membership is made up of universities and colleges of higher education, as well as other not-for-profit sector organisations in the education, arts, science, charity, and wider public sectors.

Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium (SUPC)

SUPC is a membership-based organisation for universities and further education colleges that helps members to achieve best value from their procurement activities. We develop and manage framework agreements and provide a range of services to help members deliver value for money through cost and efficiency savings. Part of the wider SUMS Group, we use insight from across our three divisions – SUPC, SUMS Consulting and the Procurement Shared Service – to develop ways to help procurement teams and universities realise critical efficiencies.

LUPC and SUPC work collaboratively with other purchasing consortia across the UK to provide members access to over 130 professionally tendered, compliant frameworks that deliver value for money to the HE sector as a whole.
